 WHITE & WHITE LTD
     U.S. IMMIGRATION & VISA ATTORNEYS

ABOUT OUR LAW FIRM

Our law firm's U.S. Family Immigration and Visa practice is limited to U.S. immigration and visa cases where the alien fiancée, spouse or other family member must ultimately visa process through a U.S. Embassy or Consulate in S.E. Asia. We do not try to be all things to all people or, to be expert in the local procedures of every single U.S. Embassy and Consulate in the world. When problems arise in family based immigration cases, they almost invariably arise at the Embassy/Consulate level of processing. Our offices in Bangkok, Ho Chi Minh City, Hanoi, our affiliated offices in the United States allow us to monitor and supervise all aspects of your case from beginning to end. Most importantly, we are there for your foreign fiancée or relative where they really need us, close to home and close to the U.S. Embassy or Consulate that must ultimately approve and issue their visa.

Our firm’s focus is on U.S. immigration from S.E. Asia only

Our firm will only accept your family based U.S. immigration or visa case if your fiancée, spouse, child or other family member lives in one of the following countries of S.E. Asia:

  • Thailand

  •  Vietnam

  •  Burma (Myanmar)

  • Laos

  • Cambodia

  • Malaysia

You, as the sponsoring U.S. Spouse, Fiancé or other relative, may live anywhere in the United States, or the world.

If we cannot accept your case because your Fiancée, spouse or other family member does not live in SE Asia, we will be happy to refer you to another qualified immigration law firm.

We welcome questions from prospective clients. The practice of U.S. Immigration law is our life’s work and, in addition to our own families, the most important thing in the world to our dedicated attorneys and staff. Bringing families together is what we do. If you have questions about your visa options, let us share our knowledge and experience with you by Clicking Here
