OUR ATTORNEYS
It an unfortunate fact that the area of U.S. immigration & visa law seems to bring out all sorts of con men and fraudulent "visa services" hoping to prey on the gullible. It is just common sense that you should be very cautious in dealing with any supposed "law firm" or "lawyer" that does not openly set forth the specific qualifications and credentials of their U.S. licensed attorneys on their firm website. Even more unfortunate, there are actually individuals and companies located in South East Asia generally and, Bangkok particularly, that misrepresent themselves as "attorneys" or "U.S. Immigration Law Firms" when, in fact, they are neither under U.S. law. Their websites are often very slick and impressive, filled with images of American flags, courthouses, scales of justice, law books and other images designed to convey the impression that they are actually real U.S. attorneys. Don't be fooled. Such devices are merely part of the show designed to distract you from the reality that they are neither qualified nor authorized to represent you in immigration or visa matters before U.S. Federal agencies.
Our law firm is proud to display the qualifications and credentials of our attorneys for your information. It is just common sense that you should be very cautious dealing with any purported "attorney" or "law firm" that does not. You should know with 100% certainty that your case is being handled by a qualified, licensed U.S. lawyer, not by someone with no legal qualifications or perhaps worse, someone who flunked out of law school or, failed to pass a bar examination or was disbarred from the practice of law in the United States and decided to set up shop posing as a lawyer in South East Asia, far from regulatory oversight in the United States.
All attorneys associated or affiliated with our firm are licensed and in good standing in at least one jurisdiction in the United States as required for representation of persons in U.S. immigration matters under 8 CFR 292.1, with the exception of associated foreign counsel, who act in an advisory capacity to the firm on limited issues of foreign law and, who are licensed and in good standing in at least one foreign jurisdiction. Please note, however, that only attorneys in our law firm who are licensed and in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction, represent persons in U.S. Immigration or Visa matters in strict accordance with 8 CFR 292.1 and other relevant Federal law.
